Behind the Behavior is a 14-module course built from two decades of clinical practice and grounded in Neurologic Music Therapy research. It gives you a practical framework - plus real, usable music-informed tools - to support the kids and families you work with, whether or not you're a music therapist yourself.

John Mews is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 22 years of experience, founder/CEO of Mewsic Moves, and author of Jacob's Journey: Taming My Icky Thoughts With Calm Melodies. He also served as adjunct faculty in the music therapy program at Capilano University - the same program where he earned his own degree. His team of NMT-certified music therapists now delivers the clinical work day to day, while his background in music therapy and NMT training shape frameworks like Behind the Behavior.
